Where can a CIVILIAN get advanced first aid/combat medic training?

I want a class that goes beyond the basic first aid most people learn. Please no one say “look in Google” because I already tried. Thanks in advance!

First aid is included in taking the driver's license but that's basics. For combat medic training you do need to enlist for military training. That looks extremely good on papers afterward and would get you in with many a places job-wise.

If you are interested in Red Cross and volunteering there locally that is also an option. (Of course you get the basics first and then when you list up as a volunteer you get to do more).

Depending on where you live, St. johns might be an idea. I'd go to the Red Cross, follow the link below about being a volunteer (it's more than just the ABC's)

Good luck!
